Secrets of a Good Leader

Leadership is a characteristic feature that helps you outshine in any domain of your life. However, many people don't know that being a leader is not so easy. It takes ample amount of patience and tactics to deal with your team to successfully lead them towards your cordial goal. 

                 One secret of being a good leader is to act smart and never , I repeat , never rebuke your teammates publicly. There are times when a leader can't stand a team member due to their mistakes. But, a good leader, with his patience and calmness assesses the situation and takes the responsibility. Have you ever seen MS Dhoni saying in a post - match presentation that due to the mistake of _____ we lost the match. No. The captain cool is never seen blaming any of his teammates, instead he takes the responsibility and signs off with a smile.

                 This doesn't mean that you don't make the person realize their fault. Another secret of a good leader is that they talk to the concerned member of the team in private and make them aware of their fault. Now, this has to be done calmly. You can't just shout on someone and make them feel inferior / low due to an unprecedented error. If it's their first time, just say "It happens!" Pat them and move on. But, if a mate often makes blunders, you've got to make them realize the gravity of the situation. And make them aware of the consequences before making any final decision.
